Frequently asked questions
How long do they keep?
They last really well - up to two weeks in the fridge and a week out of the fridge in an airtight container. We recommend cutting them from fridge-cold to get the perfect slice. It’s down to personal preference but they are gooey at room temperature and fudgey from the fridge.
Do they freeze?
They freeze really well! We recommend cutting before freezing so that you can easily grab one or two at at time. They defrost best at room temperature and are best eaten within 3 months from freezing.
Can I order for a specific date?
If you specify a date that the brownies are intended for, we will post them 2-3 days before this to allow extra delivery time. If the brownies are for a special occasion, please let us know in the comments when ordering. They keep/freeze well too so you might want to order in advance. If you are local to Walthamstow in London let us know and we can hand deliver for extra reliability!
Do you cater for allergies?
All allergens are listed on the brownie pages and will also be noted with your delivery. Brownies are made in a kitchen where the following are used: peanuts, sesame, tree nuts (including walnuts, pecans, pistachio’s, hazelnuts, brazil nuts, macadamia nuts, coconut), lupin, cereals including wheat, oats, rye, barley and spelt (gluten), milk, sulphites, soybeans, egg, fish.
If you have a serious food allergy, please do not order the brownies.
Do you do bulk or custom orders?
If you are after something a little bit bigger or special then please get in touch and we’ll see what we can do!
Can I order multiple trays?
You sure can. Two trays can be included per box, or if you’re after more then send us an e-mail and we can look at your best options.
Can I send brownies as a gift?
Of course! We don’t include any details about the price in the delivery and gift notes can also be included - just add details at checkout.
How are the brownies packaged?
They are sent in the wooden tray that they are baked in which can be disposed of in garden waste. They are wrapped in baking parchment for freshness and tissue paper to keep them in place. They arrive in a cardboard box which can be recycled.
