Terms and Conditions

By using this site and ordering from Blondie’s Brownies you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

Full payment is required on ordering and orders are not confirmed until payment has been made and accepted. Please ensure all shipping details are correct at time of purchase. It is the customers responsibility to ensure they are correct and we cannot be held responsible for any missed deliveries due to incorrect details. If you have input the incorrect details, please notify us a minimum of 24 hours before dispatch.

Cancellation of orders can only be accepted if the brownies have not yet been made, or a minimum of 24 hours before dispatch. Cancellation must be made in writing by e-mail to blondiesbrowniese17@gmail.com. Cancellation can not be made through any other contact. We reserve the right to cancel any orders. Refunds for cancellations will be provided within 14 days.

Delivery options are stated on the delivery page. All orders are processed and dispatched within 3 days of the order being placed unless you have requested a specific date more than 3 days in the future. If orders are delayed for reasons beyond our control, we will contact you to discuss alternative options. All deliveries are made via Royal Mail. First class deliveries should arrive 1-2 days after dispatch, however we cannot guarantee delivery dates and delays may be experienced during busier periods. We are not accountable for postal delays but if you have not received your order 5 working days after dispatch, please contact us by e-mail.

All brownies are made to order and cannot be refunded or exchanged unless you have received the incorrect item or they are of unsatisfactory quality on arrival. Please check quality on arrival and if it is unsatisfactory, notification must be made within 48 hours. If you are unhappy with the quality of the item, please notify us by e-mail.

Please ensure someone is available to receive your brownies as they won’t fit through a standard letterbox. We are not accountable for any problems that arise due to missed delivery.

We cannot be held responsible for any damage incurred once the brownies have been dispatched. However, please let us know if there have been any damages incurred through delivery which make the brownies inedible. We are not liable for any customer or third party (e.g. Royal Mail) errors but may make a goodwill gesture dependent on the nature of the issue.

We will take all reasonable steps to protect your personal information and will not share this data with any third parties. However, we cannot guarantee the security of any data that you disclose online and we will not be responsible for any breach of security unless this is due to our negligence.
